TCG is proud to represent the "Nonprofit Insurance Alliance" (NIA), an A.M. Best "A" VIII Risk Retention Group (RRG). ANI is a 501c(3) Nonprofit RRG that only insures 501c(3) Nonprofits.
Currently TCG provides Insurance programs for Nonprofits in the following states:
Florida, Georgia, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington State.
NIA offers the following lines of coverage for Nonprofits:

- Improper Sexual Conduct, including Physical Abuse Liability
- Directors and Officers with or without Employment Practices Liability
- Owned and Non-Owned and Hired Auto
- Umbrella (up to $10M limit)
- Property Coverage, including Crime and Inland Marine
- Student/Volunteer Participant Accident Coverage
- Cyber Coverage* (Mono-line available.)

Large Business Unit (LBU)
Total manual premium $150K and greater
Any account with a deductible at $75K or more
Accounts with 400+ employees

Specialized pricing
General Business Unit (GBU)
GL premiums up to $150K
Small Business Unit (SBU)
GL premiums of $10K or less and no more than 4 autos
TCG does not perform direct sales. TCG and NIA only work through Independent Insurance Agents/Brokers.
